Cesar has a degree in Political Science from San Diego State University and works for a Hedge Fund in San Francisco, California. His love of photography began when he was given a camera for Christmas just before his study-abroad program at Oxford in England.
A photography class at Los Medanos College, California in 2010 led Cesar to a theatre class that opened up a whole new world for him. Since then he has been involved in every facet of theatre from acting to stage management and sound design. Born in Tepic, Nayarit Mexico, Cesar lived there until he was eight years old. Photographs were not easy to come by when he was little as the use of film was cost prohibitive.
Cesar wanted to volunteer for Portrait Equality because he wants to support people helping other people and connecting with them throughout the world.
